I am so sorry I haven’t updated in such a long time. I am now home and about to start Institute again. Thank you very much for all of your prayers as that is what kept me going. Now that I have a bit more time, I will be posting more about what the Snyders and I did.

Mary Jemison Statue

This is Mary Jemison, the “White Woman of the Genessee”. She lived in what is now Letchworth State Park, where this statue is located. As a young girl, her farm was raided by Indians. She was taken captive and ended up spending the rest of her life among several tribes. For more information, read one of these books or this website.
